What Each Option Covers
Single-session and guest options for families exploring the program.
Tryout Evaluation
A single evaluation session with our coaching staff. Players run a full workout — 60-yard timing, exit velocity readings off the tee and live arm, infield/outfield defensive reps, and (for pitchers) a bullpen. Families receive a written report with measurables and a roster recommendation. No roster commitment required.
Tournament Guest Player
Covers a non-rostered player joining an Exit Velo Elite team for one tournament weekend. Includes tournament entry share, insurance, coaching, and a loaner jersey. Playing time is coach-determined and the spot is confirmed once the roster is locked with the tournament director.
Guest Practice
A one-time practice with the age-appropriate team. The player takes full team reps — defense, cage work, and situational team period — so athletes and families can see the culture and coaching before committing. Facility access and equipment are included.
Skills Clinic
A focused small-group session in one discipline: hitting, pitching, catching, infield, or speed and strength. Led by the position-specific coach with video and data feedback. Open to rostered and non-rostered players.

No committed athlete misses a season over cost. The booster club funds need-based scholarships and our treasurer can build a custom payment schedule for any family.
