How The Year Unfolds

Four phases, one rhythm. Every family gets the same roadmap from the first camp day to the final out of the season.

August

Preseason

Rosters and packages are announced, teams are set, and players come together early to build the habits, fitness, and chemistry the season will run on.

September

League Season

The team settles into a weekly rhythm of focused practices and games, with coaches grading every player and adjusting the plan as the season takes shape.

October

Tournaments

Competition steps up and the stakes get higher. Preparation, travel, and composure matter as much as talent, and every series is a chance to be seen.

November

Championship Push

The year closes with the team's final stretch, recognition for every player's growth, and the door open to keep developing into the next season.

Inside The Program

Everything The Club Provides

The pieces that make up a season with Exit Velo Elite — most of them run by the families themselves.

Signing Day

Every player is recognized in front of families, teammates and coaches as their commitment to the club is announced — the first real milestone of the season and the night most players talk about for the rest of the year.

Team Camp

An intensive pre-season camp where the roster builds conditioning, fundamentals and chemistry together before the first league pitch, so opening day is not the first time the group has competed as a team.

Fundraisers

Team Night Out at St Anne's Carnival, the car wash at 7-Eleven on Sandy Lake Rd, and Trunk or Treat in Coppell. Every dollar raised goes straight back into scholarship spots and shared equipment, never into overhead.

Team Store

Custom game jerseys and platinum-stitch hats designed in-house, plus hoodies, bat bags and Velo mascot gear in player and fan sizes — hosted by Stinger Sports and shipped to your door. Limited drops sell out and are gone for the season.

Booster Club

Parent-run and player-funded. The booster club runs the fundraising, the sponsorship tiers and the volunteer crews that lower costs for every family and keep scholarship spots open.

Team Events

Bowling nights, cookouts at the field, movie nights and parent-versus-player skills days. Families vote on what comes next and the winning event goes straight onto the club calendar.

Media Exposure

Home games run live on GameChanger with scores and video, one player is featured in the weekly spotlight, and the whole season is documented in the photo gallery and across the club's social feeds.

Development You Can See

Every player is graded on a one-to-five scale across speed, batting, fielding and baseball IQ, plus strength and conditioning numbers, and the written report goes home to parents so progress is never a matter of opinion.

Dues Without Surprises

The club budget is published so families know where dues go, payment plans are available, and confidential dues assistance is there for families that need it — no awkward conversations required.
