Who We Are
About Exit Velo Elite Baseball Club
Founded in 2026 by coaches and parents who wanted a travel program that was transparent, developmental, and genuinely fun to be part of.
Our Mission
Build Complete Players and Better Young Men
Exit Velo Elite exists to give our young athletes an MLB-inspired experience and a professional-grade development environment without the burnout, hidden fees, or politics that define too much of travel baseball.
We cap rosters so every player gets meaningful innings. We publish our budget so every family knows where their club dues go. And we measure development with real data—exit velocity, bat speed, arm strength, and sprint times—so improvement is never a matter of opinion.
Core Values
What We Stand For
Compete
We keep score, we chase standards, and we celebrate effort you can measure.
Develop
Every athlete leaves with a written plan and numbers that prove the progress.
Respect
Umpires, opponents, teammates, and the game itself — no exceptions.
Belong
One club, one dugout. Families are part of the roster, not spectators.
From The Coach
A Letter From The Head Coach
Founder, Head Coach
Dear families,
Thank you for taking the time to learn about Exit Velo Elite Baseball Club. This program was built on a simple belief: development comes first, and the wins follow when players are coached with purpose and treated with respect.
Every athlete who wears our shield will be challenged, supported, and held to a standard — on the field, in the dugout, and in the community. We measure progress with real data, cap rosters so every player gets meaningful reps, and keep families at the center of the experience.
Our goal is not simply to win games. It is to build complete players and better young men. If that sounds like the right fit for your family, we would love to have you join us.
Elite is earned.
— Mark Rogers, Founder, Head Coach
