Submission Protocol
How Review Works
- 1Submit this application — everything you share stays confidential with the treasurer and board.
- 2The board reviews requests within 5 business days.
- 3You receive a written decision by email with the approved amount or payment schedule.
- 4If approved, your club dues balance is adjusted before your next payment is due.
- 5Families receiving aid are asked to volunteer 8 booster hours during the season.
Kept Private
Applications are only visible to the club treasurer and board. Coaches are never told which families applied, and playing time is never affected by an assistance request.
